Gowns without the Wait Policy

Gown Condition

We go to great lengths to ensure that all our gowns are in premium condition, however, it is possible that there may be some minor imperfections which will be reflected in the price reduction offered. Tjese gowns have been tried on in store and are not being sold as Brand new premium Gowns, as mentioned this is reflected in very large discounts offered.

Sizing 

Bridal Gallery is not responsible for incorrect measurements and it is the buyers responsibility to ensure that their measurements are taken in accordance with the provided measuring tips and size chart.

Shipping

All purchases will incur a flat shipping rate of $15 payable by the buyer.

Returns

Purchases will be fully refunded (excluding the $15 flat shipping rate) when returned within 3 business days of receipt and with the gown in its original condition. Buyers will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Gowns returned that are not in their original condition will only receive a 50% refund.

Refunds will be directed back to the original account used for the purchase within 3 business days of receiving the returned gown. Please note that financial institutions may require extra time to process refunds.
