Yes, we charge a fee of $40.00 for the appointment. We’ll get you to select a few gowns to start, we’ll then help you make the perfect choice by offering other options or suggestions as the appointment evolves. Remember we want you to have your dream gown. When you go ahead and purchase or order your gown your consultation fee is refunded.

Yes we’ll take care of these for you,. We‘ll give you a 'ball park figure' quote at the time of purchase so there are no nasty surprises. We do not charge for train bustles.

For some gowns a minimum of five months is required. However we are now thrilled to be able to offer a number of our ranges at very quick turn around. Some within 2 weeks! In this everchanging world of quick decisions and timelines we can help if you find yourself needing this service. A lot of brides are much happier to order earlier and have their gown landed safely in New Zealand with many months to spare, for peace of mind. Keep in mind that you also need that extra month to allow your alterations to be done 3-4weeks prior to your wedding.

A deposit is required. We are very flexible on this so please chat with your consultant regarding options, but generally either a 1/2 or a 1/3 is required to get your order underway. The balance is then due upon your gowns arrival into store .

An appointment allows you an hour to try on gowns, with the help of one of our friendly bridal consultants We ask you to allow additional time for a quick chat and to make your initial selection. It is desirable that those involved in the decision making process be present at your consultation. To keep the appointment as stress free as possible we request that you bring no more than 3 Guests.

Our gowns are ordered from standard size charts. We will then carry out minor alterations approx. 1 month prior to your wedding.

Yes, we are happy to accept orders; However we do recommend that this is done with measurements taken by a professional.

Yes, a good majority of our gowns are available for immediate purchase . For this there are two additional options for payment, Interest free no deposit finance over 6 months or time payment, half deposit and the balance over 8 weeks.

Of course you can….. we know that you will want to, all we ask is that you allow us the opportunity to get you in the gown and pinned and spread our before your paparazzi team get to work There is nothing worse than looking back on photos that your not ready for ! WE also ask that out of respect for our designers that these are kept to a minimum until you’ve made your final choice.

Your gown will have been checked and steamed ready for you to step into and enjoy your magical day.
Your gown will be packed in a gown bag just prior to collection.
We will provide the gown bag. If you’re travelling overseas we’ll pack it accordingly… Once again easy no stress.
